That looks much better than it was.

I'd suggest centering the whole thing and fill the background with blue. You can work a way to get the top to be a gradient blue only a few hundred pixels high and repeat-y then fill the rest with the darker blue.

yea that's what I was thinking of doing for the background actually. thanks, though. I think it will be more difficult to get the corners and green border thing to look right. I'll figure it out, though.

I don't have issues to add, but wanted to say, I think it has the potential to be a nice site for someone in the electrical engineering business. Looking forward to seeing next steps.

I tested the compatibility of this website with safari, google chrome, firefox, internet explorer, and opera. it seems to work fine in all of them except firefox. the new design doesn't show up in firefox. it still displays the old design. I think maybe firefox takes longer to show changes. one of the buttons doesn't show up in safari for some reason. I will work on that tomorrow.

I get the feel of an old school game likeon the NES or Super NES WAY back in the day. Im not saying its a bad thing. Its different, bright, and eye pleasing. No real complaints here. Nicely done.
