I have been approached by a print newspaper to re-do their website which currently consists of static pages with a PDF copy of the paper online. I'm wondering what CMS you would recommend to be used with a redesign of their site so they can post stories to it and people can create accounts, login and comment on them. I also need the capability to post ads to the site. I'm a novice with CMS (I've done Wordpress, but that's about it) so I need something where I can cut my teeth and easily design the site.
