Whilst doing a stack of photoshop tutorials “might“ help you design a good page, i wouldnt suggest its the only way. In fact making a site in photoshop, only to rip it apart and do the whole process again in a code editor is a counter-productive workflow.
You need to, firstly get a solid grasp on html/css. I dont mean by this good enough to make a site, as you've already done that, but to make it “sing“, to take it to the next level.
Visit competitors sites, see what works, what you like, view their source and emulate it to some degree.
Your logo IS horrible. For someone offering logo design it cant be.
Stretched images is a no-no. Again someone offering graphic design should know this.
A table for your menu is not correct, use an unordered list.
Semantic correct markup is needed if you are to offer seo as well.
It looks like a site from 15 years ago.
You need to step up to be successful.
