Change a HTML/Flash Template

I created our business website using a purchased HTML/Flash template. It was very easy and turned out pretty well but I would like to know if there is a way to add an AVI into a spot that is supposed to be only text.

I tried altering the template using a trial of Adobe and Rapid PHP 2010 and couldn't get it done. The AVI imports but I can't figure out how to change the structure of the template. If more info is needed, please let me know. I'm really a novice at this stuff and still trying to learn.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

If you want to add it to the Flash portion you will need Flash CS to edit the .fla. I would also suggest converting it to an FLV.

If you are doing it in HTML just convert to an FLV and use a simple FLV player like jwplayer.
