I am trying to center my website.. found here:

And this is what the coding on my HTML file looks like:
My Question is .. How can I get this site centered (Using Dreamweaver) I have centered sites many times in the past, but for some reason this file is set up in some way that makes actual centering quite elusive to me.. I have other sites that I have open in dreamweaver, and to center those I just highlight the entire layout body in dreamweaver and I Center it, which makes the code:
I'll bet there is any easy fix.. Maybe one of you can take a look at my entire layout code and tell me what I am doing wrong? Maybe too many divalign="center"
