I'd get rid of the welcome page. I don't think it serves much of a purpose. I like it better than the last layout, but on my 800x600, the Frames get a little annoying. It's looking good, keep working on it.

it looks good on 800 x 600 but when i expand it to 1280 x 1020, it gets a little too busy

I dont like the intro page.
The graphics in the main page looks great, but it is very graphic intensive and the page loads slowly and the background tiles and somehow doesnt look quite right.
