I would like to purchase it for myself and cannot see any info in the code or anywhere else. Is anyone familiar with this flash gallery?

have you done a search for flash image galleries? or flash slideshows?

I would also look into jquery, I know there are some real nice ones out there.

Flash is no longer needed for these types of galleries. PixelPusher gave you some very informative links, I suggest you skip the Flash and use jQuery.

That particular gallery was designed in Flash by the site owner, Erik Grammer. Well, so he says anyway.

No problem your welcome, and yes javascript is supported on most smartphones (Droid, iPhones, etc.) Blackberry phones will be problematic though.
