Can anyone recommend an affordable Ad Management App?

We want to implement an ad manager to manage web based and email based graphic and text ads. Can anyone recommend an affordable app that will do this? The site is http://www.3DCADTips.com and it is currently located on a shared web server at http://www.lunarpages.com.

We have a small budget to work with and will need to manage the app ourselves.

I used to use one called Adrevenue. They seemed to have changed it a fair bit (including it's name) since I bought it though so I'm not sure if it's still the same. It's $150 from this site:
