Can anyone help with a php contact form?

Hi all. I just finished a landing page for a client but i'm having issues with a php form on the page. I believe that it is set up correctly but when i send an email from it I don't receive an email into my inbox.

Can anyone with html/php Form knowledge help.

Show the PHP code many of us are wary of downloading files of unknown origin.

I use formtoemailpro. There is a free version but the paid version has many more options and it's only a one time fee of $50.

It's totally worth it....

Oh, but by the way: some hosts will require you send the emails from a email address that is from your own domain, like yahoo for example. Give that a try first.
