I would like ideas on how to build a mailing list dynamically. We are using Google Groups for our list. So, I was thinking of using our contact page ( php code ) to add username and email address to a csv file. Then, the admin will "Import" the csv file monthly. I want it to be easiest without any coding on the part admin to update. I also would like to avoid database use. Any other ideas?
