Hey everyone, I am new here, I am looking to add additional designers to my team, we do about 75 designs a month for eCommerce platforms and ebay. We are extremely busy and are in need of more designers, I have looked on Elance and Guru but the majority of the designers are amateur, considering our designs are very good, I cannot settle for some of the designers that have applied for our opening.
I am looking for someone who is GREAT with Photoshop, backgrounds, textures etc. I am not sure what the best places to look for a designer are, we have 5 designers right now that are from an office offshore and they are great, however we are growing at a rapid pace.
Our pricing is good as well I thought coming here we may be able to find a great designer who is really good with photoshop.
Any suggestions?
