best design program too use?

hey guys

im the new kid! I want to build a website using some of the free services such as "freewebs" etc but really not sure what to go for! You guys any advice on the online programs that u can use ,that need no HTML or "design speak"? I would like too upload photos, maybe have a forum, and maybe even do some flash design in time but thats not essentail right now!

I understand you are new, but dont lock yourself into using a WYSIWYG editor. Find a couple of html tutorials online, and use notepad. I promise that if you spent 2 hours a day, you would have several web pages in a week. In a month or so, you would have a very good grasp of html, and you would be ready to push on to css.

html is really easy to learn, it just takes a little time and persistance. Dont give up.

If you want i can make you a programme in php/mysql where you need know uplaoding all you need to do is type and it updates the text into a mysql database. its works by me making a website where there is 1 page which will be the index page, you will make articles,everyarticle will have a number which goes through mysql. i will make a login where you will login to and there you will be able to add pages and delete pages and edit them also. no html needed... Your 1st link will be http://www.'your-domain'.com/index.php?page=1 and your 10th will be http://www.'your-domain'.com/index.php?page=10 if you understand!!
