Best Chat App?

I'm doing a site for a client, who wants live chat so their customers can contact customer service immediately on their. It would function pretty normally, you click the chat button and a window pops open. The chat button will be located in a flash portion of the site. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good, easy to implement chat option? If it connects to a 3rd party site, thats fine. A monthly fee is okay too. Thank you for any suggestions!

Thank you, I've installed it. Do you offer a chat app that requires no installation? I'd like something simpler, its ok if a 3rd party relay sort of server is involved.
