Basic Question

Hi,

I am a total beginner at web design - I'm using sites like WIX and WEEBLY. All I want to embedd in my site is some sort of voting mechanism, where the users/visitors of the site can create their OWN polls, and have the rest of the public vote on them. Any help would be appreciated!

Hmm, you mean you would like to provide the service poll creation? Many sites already do this, it would be hard to compete.
