banner suggestions?

Hello, This may be better suited for the GRAPHIC DESIGN boards... idk...

I'm thinking the center portion of the banner looks bland, and boring... what can I fill this space with? any ideas?

(possibly news feed.... but dont want it too cluttered...)

I'd make the guy about half that size, and drop the banner down about half as well. shuffle around your text elements. use the space more efficiently.
all your boxes are square but the header has rounded corners?

The navigation is a bit tough to read on top of the guy as well. What is the guy supposed to represent? The banner doesn't say 'Design/Video Production' to me. Kind of looks newspaperish.
