Work with photoshop. It seems that when you try to fill out selected area on some layer, pattern is aligned with the beginning of the all image not with the beginning of selection. It is important to me that apply only one row of custom created pattern for example 50px height, into selection which is 50px height to. Is this possible?

How about using path, right click the work path and choose "make selection" click OK, to 0 pixel feathering etc. Once the area shows the blinking area that was selected, right click the work path again, and choose "fill path." Then a box shows up, choose the drop down from the Content box, and and select "pattern"
