Advice needed - different views in Explorer and Firefox

Can anyone help please.

I have a couple of websites that have been up and running for a few years. They have been created using Frontpage, and in general I am happy. However I have recently started using Firefox as an alternative browser and some of the pages look nothing like they should do.

To give you an example in http://www.villaportillon.comhttp://www.villaportillon.com the sizes of the heading cells are completely different (explorer shows it how it should be and matches Frontpage)

I do not write in code, but having checked the code associated with the cells I cant see anything wrong.

As ever any help or comments will be appreciated.

Personally I think the page looks better in Firefox (with the serif font). To solve the text looking different in various browsers, you need to add a common supported font (not Goudy Old Style) to the <i> tag (italics tag). And why do you have all text italic?

Anyway, to fix the issue, replace "Goudy Old Style" with this: "Georgia, "Times New Roman", Times, serif". Now you are using a cross browser font and they should all render equally.

The image for Gift of France has absolute position, that's why it is sitting in the main image. If you tell me where is it supposed to be I can tell you what you need to change.
