Adobe Muse: a wrong step or the future?

"Designers and developers accuse Adobe of not understanding the web and creating a tool that could damage rather than aid the industry."

To me, web design is not just about design. Codes, css, html, js, php, etc... They are what bring a website to life. The fact is if you want to make a car, you have to know how car works. I really think Adobe Muse is a wrong stop back. It is teaching the "web designers" the wrong way or the wrong concept to build a website. The software itself will create a messy code (source of the web page). There are so many different opinion about Muse, here are a few link :

And this is the Muse site: http://muse.adobe.com/

Now, tell me what you guys think? :)

muse is aimed at graphic designers and folk whyo are used to print style work, its not for web designers, and personally I think web designers who use it are fools. may as well just use frontpage. ugh!

Nope.. this is going to enable more wanna be web "designers" to call themselves just taht and create botched sites that might look good on the outside to un educated users who will buy them at lower costs becuse there are uneducated idiots creating the sites....just my view.

Something like this will lower the price and increase competition of the standard 5 page brochure type websites, but if you deal with anything more complex you probably don't have to worry.
