Can someone tell me how to add fast loading video to my website? For example check out this site www.break.com. I have been using .mov files and it take forever to download and play. please help

the videos there are .wmv but .mov shouldn't necessarily be slower... I think maybe your movies may not be compressed enough, or are very long....can you give us more info about the videos your trying to play?
