Adding Interactive chat and webcams to your site!?

Hi there, I'm a newbie to web designing and thinking of going on web design course, what do I need to know to make an interactive chat and live webcam viewing (Person2person)(not porn! hehe) on my website? Would I need sommat like this:-

or what do you suggest?

I forget the name, but coffeecup software makes software for live webcams...as far as the chat? it might be easier for you to use a ready made solution rather than creating your own. Chat rooms aren't exactly the easiest things in the world to make. Check with your hosting, many hosting providers now have pre-made chat solutions. The adobe bundle you link to is a great thing to buy, and some seriously professional tools, but not neccesary for what you want to do.
