    Hi

Bit of a tricky one this. A client wants me to publish CAD drawings in 3D on his website. The only way I can see it would be possible to do this would be to rotate the image in autoCAD and save as loads of frames with which to construct a flash movie of a rotating 3D image.

But this seems a tad primitive. Does anyone know of any applets or other Flash-based methods for displaying CAD drawings within web pages?

Any comments very much appreciated, thanks.

there is one thing you can do. You can have the cad drawing rotate and save it as a movie file. Then load it in flash as a .flv file and have a scrolling bar that moves the movie back and forward. This way it still is interactive!
