i have made a lot of changes to the site since last time tell me what you think guys

the forums is too dark to read lighten it up a bit

i think the top bar with links such as forums is confusing because i thought it was the link to the forums and it takes time to find the bottom bar. if some comes to the site and they think top bar is the menu after clicking they will leave.

your forums need work add soame topics to get some attension i look at then and think he cannot be botherd to do anyhting. You have two Members start a converstion and follow ian's advice about the link put them at the top of the page.

The jam box at the bottom is not obvious that it is an e-mail address maybe you could change the jam label to mail jam.or something like that and the table cloth needs to go.
