I think I'll probably try and learn C++ again, I have done it in high school and university briefly. Has it changed much? What about java? I keep on seeing their advert "1 billion devices run java" every time it updates on my PC.

nice design! the only thing I don't like is the snapshots of other website you cycle through at the top. I know you've put them at an angle to distinguish them from the rest of the page but I initially though they were part of your webpage and tried clicking on of the links lol

looks nice, a good deal on webdesign I think. The only problem with being a web host is that although you beat godaddy.com on my hosting price it'll be a real hassel for me to switch over to you.

yeah, you should perhaps look around for free webhosting companies. They will probably put a banner at the top of the page. Or pay a few $$$ a year to have it hosted. To host a website of your own you are looking at buying a server ($500) and a copy of Microsoft IIS web server or Server 2008...

you could probably test your designs using various browsers. Even if you upload a test webpage people here will be happy to tell you how long it took to load on their browsers.

it starts off soo good, but as you scroll down the stars background becomes just plain white with a grey block at the bottom. try putting some kind of star central image, logo on the actual text page.

its basically a form of networking, with a new catchy name like phreaddie said. you can save all your data to external servers and then just log onto them from any computer to use the data and change it. microsoft work is on "the cloud" now so you don't even need to install it on your pc etc etc

that's not a very long article for 2 links, one max I'd say. It seems like something google will eventually catch onto and then punish you for. if they ever find a way of having their servers recognise blog pages that linkback to the site's index page.
