Good job! Nice choice of colors considering your site topic, and the images are perfect for the topic too, nice stuff. Mayb could make the background lighter but its your choice.

Hm nice job overall. The only thing I could see to change would be to enclose the "Great divespots around the world" so it doesn't look like an ad. Personally I'd take off the ad in the middle of the header as well, its kinda...intrusive i guess.

Very nice start, I think whats missing is something on the right side, mayb ads or somethin, or you can move or the left sidebar and maincontent part over the righ a bit so they're centered

Ya, you can also you a small symbol by the text, such as a bird or tree or something of that nature.

Hm, nice interface and logo! Altough I don't get the relavance of StepAwards to websites winning awards. I love the colors you used though!

I'm also no guru in JS, but I no that you can create a backbutton for each page, kinda tedious work though :/ Mayb it would be better if you made the pictures appear in the flash page, then people click the image and the popup window appears with just the image (then you just exit the window)
