do you have a back-up of your site? if so just delete everything on your server and re-upload. That may not solve your particulur problem, but its worth a shot....some more info might help

the videos there are .wmv but .mov shouldn't necessarily be slower... I think maybe your movies may not be compressed enough, or are very long....can you give us more info about the videos your trying to play?

It depends on weather or not you want it animated. Flash will look much better for animation than gif. Choose .gif or .jpeg if you just want a picture of sort. I wouldn't worry about the search spiders seeing the flash, just as long as you have some quality content it can read as well. One...

umm, maybe with java? there may be a script that will center those for you, try and run a google search for it. Another alternative would be to make the photo gallery in flash, then you would just have to worry about centering the flash movie

i think the prolem is you don't have the movie embedded in your page, can you cut and paste the HTML your using to display your movie?

don't worry about it, its not the best way to do things, but it won't be devestating....if the content is there, the spider will find it.....it's looking for it....just make sure you do all the other things you need to in order to optimize your page correctly, you don't need these things...
