Until both your HTML and CSS are valid, I would remove the W3C buttons from the very bottom. Someone that might now understand valid code (maybe a prospective client) might click them not knowing what they are, see all these errors (even if they don't know what they mean), and not hire you...

I agree about removing the green in the form. Someone mentioned the nav in the footer, I think it's fine because even with just that page/mockup, I had to scroll (if someone has to scroll, then I think having the duplicated nav is fine). Overall, nice design! Can't wait to see it actually built.

Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Filezilla. I'm not good at Flash so I avoid it, and I've never really tried to learn Illustrator (although I'd like to).

I get blue lines around linked images when I view it in Firefox (but not when I view it in Chrome). Maybe just my settings, but I've never had this happen before. Other than that, looks good! I like how simple it is.
