Urgent help!

Hi there! I am a high-skilled developer, willing to open an affiliate of an existing firm in the USA. For my wish to become real I need an experienced partner, actually, the resident of the US.
The main point is that we have our developers in Russia, they are paid in Russian currency, and thus, the final price is a way lower, and that could be interesting for our US customers. We are not freelancers, we are a real firm so we can provide any documents upon a request.

That does not necessarily hold true, paying someone in their local currency does not make it 'cheaper', as currency conversion is done at the current exchange rate of the two currencies
Fifty dollars converted to Rubles is STILL fifty dollars.

Do you really mean they are paid at their local [wage] rates which is then converted to dollars?
