Menu working in Dreamweaver but not online

I am in the end stages of developing a website and had a meeting with a client this morning. Suddenly, the drop-down menu stopped working, as did the movement of the top and bottom lines on the lower image links. Can you take a look and let me know if it is the server or if I somehow made a code change that I am not aware of?

well for a start the background wont show with this...

and for the record every image in your css shows that path, fix those first!

Unless properly trained, and if properly trained you would know not to use Dreamweaver to write your code...
