Wordpress Backup Plug-ins?

Does anyone have any experience with any of the plug-ins in Wordpress that allow you to backup your site/blog? Are they pretty reliable and simple to use?

yesh... most of them are pretty simple. You set a backup schedule.... then you forget about it. Then one day hell freezes over and your website crashes... you've lost everything. So you check your email where you scheduled the backup and thank baby jebus that all your stuff is still there. Reinstall WP, reinstall plugin, import from backup... boom "It... is... alive"

I had been using it since long time. It backup your database as well as inter site. You can setup cron jobs to do schedule backups.
