hey guys,
curious to see what you think about how this design is coming along.
It's still a little rough around the edges, but enough to give you a pretty good idea. Attached are both for the homepage, one just has the subnav open.
I'll probably remove a bit of content still cause it feels just a little cramped to me still.. and I may have additional info like a phone number to add soon too.

update: whoa compression!
heres links to less noisy images.

Hi, It looks awesome. Nice and clean webdesign. I like it.

Two Questions tho, 1. Those 3 blocks next the slider are supposed to be arrows, right? If yes, it took a while for i noticed that, maybe change those into more "arrow-like"-arrows?

2. I see a lot of links you can open, maybe put some link navigation on the bottom/top somewhere? Like Home > Talent Management > 360 Feedback , This way people won't get lost with on your site.

Just some tips, the site really looks good! But I always love clean designs :)

1. i may just leave this as is.. the slider will be auto scrolling if you don't use the arrows anyway. but, we'll see what i end up with..
2. not a bad idea.. again, these are for the homepage. i would hope people know whether or not they are on the homepage already. this is something i'll consider adding to the subpage design im workin on currently.. thanks for the input! always appreciated.

great design, clean layout. The only change I can recommend for the website would be to spruce up the text under the slider.

i was actually thinking about adding some kind of simple jquery animation to these links when you hover over them. what do you think?

probably just a simple font size animation.. i'll post when it's actually built. i'm still waiting on design approval for this one atm.

One weird thing: when I halved my screen to compare the first mockup to the link you posted, the browser ate some of the logo and part of "Select Language" without showing a horizontal toolbar.

I miss that green strip at the top you had in your first mockup. It made the site seem... livelier. Not so bland.

It's clean but semi-boring. Also, have you guys started testing all of these on mobile devices strictly to see how they appear aesthetically? I only say this because your top left logo is much larger than any other image and I'd suggest you make your call to action as your feature.
