Can someone help with a simple flash animation please

I need 6 or 7 of my photographs made into a flash animation. Nothing fancy, no special effects, just one image after another. It will be 400 x 225 pixels. 5 seconds per photo. Willing to pay some $ for the help via paypal.

I am willing to do this for you in JavaScript. I can achieve the same look as flash without actually using it. It won't slow down page load as much as flash.
