I need a reliable tool to measure small items on my screen accurately (like for UI design and layouts). I’ve seen a few options, but I’m not sure which ones are trustworthy, accurate, and safe.
While searching, I came across the term free online ruler tool but I’m overwhelmed by the choices out there. Ideally, I’d like something with both cm and inch options, adjustable scaling, and maybe even draggable rulers.
No downloads, just something quick and web based. Any recommendations?
Bonus points if it works well across different screen resolutions.
