Data collection database

Hi,

I'm currently designing a teaser landing page for a site.

I would like to record a full name, email address and a check box to confirm terms. I want these details, once submitted to automatically be entered into a secure database from which I can send emails to all records.

What is the best way to go about this?

I haven't assigned a host to the site yet so my facilities are still adaptable.

no, I'm actually an engineer but I have done some work with html. If anybody could outline the rough way to go about this I can look up and work out how to implement it myself.

after that we need what server side code you can/do use.

Or you could pay for an AWeber or Constant Contact account.

Or get a hosting account that has PHPList installed and allows you to send more than a handful of messages an hour.
