I think the site looks quite good, only thing I could suggest is perhaps having a bigger title for the webmasters and freelancers section, with less text, but bigger font which describes in a nutshell the options for each.

If it were me, I'd rearrange a bit, too. the banner so close to your header graphic is just a tad much... If you separated the header and the banner with the welcome text I think it would flow better as well... besides, I think the banner is a good lead in to the text boxes describing what you offer.
