My work computer doesn't have flash (and therefore this site is useless to me!) I'd check out swfobject 2.0 to provide alternate content - this would take care of at least 1 of your 22 validation errors. The site should be coded using xhtml strict, not transitional. Last & certainly not least: Tables? seriously?

It would be good if this could be centred completely. It looks odd on the left.
When hovering over the top links, if they changed a bit that would look cool. I feel weird when links don't change when I hover!

Aside from that, it looks really nice!
