I have incredible ideas that can and will change the way the web is navigated and ideas of resources that have not yet been developed. This issue is that, these are campaigns and require a number of talented people (Like Us) to develop. It is literally impossible (would take years) for one person to accomplish just one campaign. This time would be cut by 7 - 9 months if 4 - 7 people were to work on it.

These ideas will make you allot of money and they are resources that are incredibly needed globally. Why isn't anyone willing to partner up?

I can understand that, its not about getting rich of course its not but it is about taking back our internet and preserving what it is for "Effective Information and efficiently getting that information". You think mark zuckerburg could have developed facebook by himself NO he needed a team. The same goes for this, it is not a facebook but it is a movement that will change the way web sites are developed and the way information is searched for.

The problem, IMHO is your approach. 2 things you need to understand:
    1. You're coming to a forum, offering to build the next whatever, but you're not telling me what's in it for me. "Preserving what the internet is for" doesn't keep the bills paid.
    2. You're using the same approach as thousands of sleezebags have come onto these and other forums using. I need people to work for me, but I'm not going to tell you what on, and you're a.) not getting paid much, so I'm appealing to your better nature or b.) you'll get paid once we've made ridiculous millions. Point is, we see it all the time, it's always been BS in the past, so you'll have to excuse everyone if they're skeptical.

    My suggestion would be this:
Either a.) get on a site like Elance and hire someone or b.) give me a reason to care about your idea...a reason that I can pay the bills with. Either way, you're going to have to be up front with the green. If that's a problem, perhaps find an investor to buy into your idea first, then come back and hire people.

I also have incredible ideas and like you, I also have a lack of time to pursue them. I would rather work on my own ideas!

I agree with Ronaldroe about your approach. I think your approach resembles our expectation; not much.

Personally I would not troll forums looking for help on my ingenious ideas; I'd find it too difficult to gauge and manage these people. I'd rather find local people I can meet face to face. Here's an idea - start going to the uni bars and see if you can hunt out a few hardcores. You might also be able to grease them up with a beer or two lol.

If I were 17 again with nothing to do I'd probably ask you for more details although what you'd get would be a 17 year old who *thought* he knew something lol.

Good luck to you in any case.

    please do tell!

I agree with ronald, we've seen far too many "potential" next best things come to this and other forums to take you seriously.

To be taken serious you need to at least show to us that it isn't a risk to be "involved" in your project, likewise a ballpark budget would also be nice, if your only offering "voluntary positions" you wont get the quality candidates you are after.

yes I'd love to work more on my own projects. for instance my own website (exhibit a - http://www.phreaddee.com.au/) as you can see needs a bit more time put into it.

but why work for someone else? guaranteed wage, not chasing up invoices, or clients, getting a varied amount of work, working with other creatives that help me to get better, etc etc, actually there is a lot of advantages for working for someone else. in fact if I go back 5 years to when I was freelancing I have to say I'm much happier now in an agency than out on my own.
the money is better, the work is better (the hours are still stupid)

How do i know i can trust you? Getting the people's attention is only the first stage. Where is the passion in a campaign of sites if you don't have people who are passionate enough to dedicate themselves to it. I am willing to share my ideas but not over a forum. Of course it would have to be over Skype because there is a presentation involved but if your really interested please PM me and i will give you my Skype name.

PM me though, that way im not just wasting mt time writing all of you, when only 1 of you will be down to help develop it.

Maybe it's the cynic in me, but these days a soon as anyone says I've got this idea for a website - I start running...

That said, if it was a very large company saying the same thing I'd be all ears...

People are naturally skeptical. Especially when it comes to online offers. Just a suggestion, why don't you look around your place first? Mark didn't build FB on his own,but I believe he didn't offer it online too!

the business plan is done. I need people to help to big for one person. I have found my solution though. Leave it to the entrepreneur leroy to provide useful information. Something obviously everyone else lacks

Yes i know, i solved the problem. Thank you very much though. I had a vision of unity that people from all around the world could work together as a team to launch a campaign that will change the web. It only makes sense. But like everything else, people create their failures. Thank you though, I keep Mark in mind when i think about these projects. I will be sure to let you know how it goes.
