Okay. Although I know you're probably never going to come back here again, I'll bite just so others can see there are better options.

Why would I want to pay you $34.95 for three documents when for a few dollars more, I can get the latest copy of "Broderbund Business Lawyer" which contains those documents plus a number of other documents that may be needed to run your business? In fact, you can also get the web design package as part of it. I think the newest version costs around $49. The documents are easily customizable plus you have the added help features to walk you through all the legal considerations.

So, if say, I wanted to get the hosting templates plus the web design templates, that's 34.99 + 24.99 = $59.98. Ummmm... at that point wouldn't I be losing money along with the fact that there are other documents that may be needed and are provided by the software package?

Remember now, that's the newest version. I have v2002 which is still good for what I need and it cost me about $29 new. If you go to Amazon.com you can find some good deals on software that is a version or two behind but still useful.

Our Reseller Protection Kit was designed exclusively for Web Host Resellers to meet their needs and concerns. It was prepared by a veteran technology lawyer, with over 12 years of experience in all aspects business law, including protection of intellectual property, drafting and negotiation of service contracts, drafting of standard terms and conditions for Web based services, and Web site legal compliance. Unfortunately, I have no idea who prepared the legal templates that are in the Broderbund Business Lawyer kit. It could have been first year law students. So, with our legal templates, you are making an investment in your business as well as receiving quality legal templates geared towards protecting you, the web host reseller.
