Both have the same effects, it doesn't matter which one you choose. Personally, I think the best way is to also use your target keyword as anchor text, instead of home.

Yes, both have the same output, anyways the only thing that other can see their is Home.
Also some forums have different kinds of format in terms of using Signature hope you know that.
