Where to buy CMS or wordpress templates?

Hi everyone. I am starting to build my web page, but I would like to use some premium templates and plugins. Can someone please tell me website where can I purchase some premium templates and plugins. I am most interested in CMS, PHP, HTML/CSS and Wordpress templates.

Why do you assume that I did not google it? Of curse I did but because there are many sites that offer templates I am trying to get some advice on which sites are best.
