What is a designers favorite motion graphics format

Hi,

At Anistock,we mainly sell the QuickTime and .flv format for our video backgrounds and animation clips. We rarely get any other format requests, maybe designers just don't bother to ask us or else happy with these 2 options.
Q = what is your favorite formats to work with when you want to include video into a web project?

hm, personally i hate quicktime and flv ...
For designers i think uncompressed avi will be the best, but the size of the file is very big, i think you should put an option for divx, mpeg4 compression.
