website review please

hi all,

we have recently revamped our website a bit and I would appreciate feedback. The website is www.web-design-maidstone.co.uk. The main page we have revamped is the portfolio page www.web-design-maidstone.co.uk/web-design/portfolio/

We have recently also updated the menu with some nice fading out effects and shadows (IE only, but should still work fine in other browsers)

The site looks really nice, but on the mainpage, I think it would be good if the colum with the "call me back" heading had an extra column which extended all the way down to the bottom of the page. As it is now it looks a little disjointed.
As to the portfolio page, I think the purple is too bright, also I think it would be better if the width of the portfolio sites was increased and the latest news/call me back section was removed.
