The logo is very nice as well as the overall layout type but I would probably change the navigation button color and layout to a different color and make them stand out more (home, news, community, etc.). Another thing that catches my eye is the heavy use of beveling and drop shadow on the text which is kind of an eye sore.

Maybe put a little bit more thought into the right side where the black and red bar is it's kind of bland. Probably a few more thing's I can come up with but it's late and im tired. Keep it up :D
