Website Dimensions?

Hello, fellow graphic designers! I have done logo design for many years, but I've just recently shown an interest in website design with Photoshop CS5. Does anyone know of what dimensions would be suitable for all monitor sizes?

P.S. If you have a saved PSD file with the dimensions already in place, that would be great!

There is no dimension that is suitable for all sizes. You have smartphones as small as 360x480, and 27" iMacs that are 2560x1440. You need to look into responsive web design using media queries.
