Yeah, i've tryied those sites but i'm building an advanced site so i maybe will start with CSS even if i have 2 learn it first. Is it worth it?

It's definitely worth it if you're going to do more web design in the future as well, though CSS alone isn't going to make your site much more advanced. What kind of site are you going for anyway?
