    Hello!

I created a Logo for my new webpage. You can take a look here:
    http://ud05_188.ud05.udmedia.de/neueWebseite/index2.php

The logo is placed at the top right side with my name and an icon in front of it.
What do you think about it? Does the logo fit?

You can pass criticism on me :)

    Thanks & Regards
    -PHANTOMIAS-

I think it looks pretty nice except the shadow on the actual name.

I guess the biggest thing is the inner shadow on the text. It makes in look like the text is embedded into the background, but yet above it because of the drop shadow.

Okay, and this isn't good looking?
Should I reduce the inner shadow?

    The name:
I think you should loose the shadow(s) on your name all together. A strong contrast in color would be sufficient...if need be, add a stroke around the text, but make it subtle.

Too often people add a drop shadow to something and call it done...the logo should be strong without the shadows. Adding them (if at all) should be nothing more than a final touch. Keep in mind, in print, the drop shadows can create problems for you.

    The initials/icon:
The first thing that struck me (and i am not trying to be offensive here) is the letters of your name. "FU" can have another meaning, you know? Now there isn't away around this unless you change your name which i do not recommend.

    My thoughts:
Do you really need the "FU" icon at all? A strong font for your name would look great...make it pop

Maybe add something like "design concepts" or "visual solutions" in small text under your name?

If you really want an icon, make one that doesn't incorporate your initials, something catchy, contemporary, simple.

A website is an indispensable part of an online business and is the medium through which consumers are able to get the services of the business. If you are looking to start an online business or you already run one of its kinds then a custom web design is what you need for your online business to perform well.

The way, in which your business is portrayed, plays a vital role in determining success of your online business. Your business website should be unique, innovative and interactive to the visitors who are looking out for the services that you are offering. By seeking the services of a professional custom website development company, you will be able to get a business website that stands out from other competitors.

Custom web design and its true meaning

Custom design is the process of designing and developing a website according to the needs of a particular business or a client. Customized web designing is regarded as the perfect solution for those business firms having a unique and special idea of representation of their businesses. Custom web designers employ all the state of art techniques to build a website that meet the requirement of the business offered by the client on the World Wide Web.:)

Many competitors are available on the Internet who provide the same services that you are offering. So, it is very important to ensure that you have a unique website that is different from others in terms of professionalism and style. Moreover, your website should be concentrated on the services and the products that you are selling online. A professional design company will study each and every details of your business and provide you the very website that you are willing to own.

Finding a good logo company is not the easiest task in the world, but it's also not the hardest. The problem lies in the number of logo companies out there, there are over a thousand websites offering the same service all across the internet.

Most likely you will find hundreds of logo design websites with similar services, standards and quality but with huge price disconnections. The best way to find the right company for you is to research companies with different features.

Some websites will ask you to pay 300 dollars and will offer you unlimited logo revisions, they will work on your logo until you say you like it. Some other websites will only offer you a single logo revision or maybe not even one. It all depends.

You are probably thinking "Of course I would like to get unlimited revisions, I want designers to work on my logo until I'm 100% satisfied with it", but you should consider that 80% of people who buy logos don't even need a logo revision, 18% need from 1 to 3 revisions, and only 2% of buyers need more than 3 revisions.

Now to define a good logo design we first need to understand the purpose of having a logo. A corporate logo is one of the most essential branding elements for your company. It should be instrumental in building your corporate identity and should successfully exude the company’s attitude. The viewers must have some idea about the disposition, character, or fundamental values of your company through your logo. The functionality of a logo does not end here, I have not yet mentioned the most important function of a corporate logo. Your logo should be able to build a positive, strong and long lasting impression on existing and prospective customers. The very moment a person views your logo, even a part of it, he should think of your company.

    Try your best !
