web form help!!!

hi all, im designing a website for a friend and wanting to know if there is such a script in any format or way to make in dreamweaver/frontpage to make data in a web form be displayed below the form once the user clicks submit like the example below....any suggestions would be good thnks

Javascript can do it. In your form put an "onsubmit" function and in that function have an innerHTML to write it where you want it.

can u do an example for me? sorry in a noob at this stuff but once i see it ill get it right

Try this. Once you use this to grab the info you would just write it out with javascript where you want it.

So javascript failed. Does anybody else have suggestions?
