1. what do you like most about this job - The creativity behind it.
2. what are the major frustrations in this job? - People who want you to work for free.
3. what are the entry-level qualifications for getting hired? - None if you can prove you can do the job. A degree can help you get a foot through the door though.
4. what advice would you give a person coming into this job? - Toughen up. I'm self employed and you will face a lot of rejection. Keep your head up!
5. Are there opportunities for advancement? - Within the employed status there is quite a lot of room for advancement. There are additional roles like senior developers, creative directors but in today's job environment it is all about going the extra mile to keep hold of your job.
