Video stream for Apple devices

Hi all. We run two sites that stream flash video content. The files are in .flv format and the site contains a flash videoplayer that allows the site visitor to watch the video. Can anyone let us know what we need to do to allow visitors with Apple devices (e. ipad, iphone, etc) to also view the video content. Any help woulod be greatly apreciated.

VideoJS is good basic solution and uses the flowplayer SWF.
