UNPAID Collaborator Wanted for Online Musical Community

Hi! I am building an online forum dedicated to music. I need a person with fairly-decent experience in forums to help me out with the creation and design of the forum. I already have it (kind of) running, with its own domain and structure. I am having trouble with the graphical aspect of the process; therefore, I am looking for someone who can be an administrator on the site and help me out!

I need someone with:
-a bit of experience with forums (phpBB3)
-a bit of graphical taste (not really that important)
-a desire to help run a community
-any kind of e-mail account

It would help if we could see what you got. Music doesnt really tell us who your forum is for. Post a link. Let me see whats going on. I wont make any promises but we MIGHT be able to work something out.
