Template/css

Hey can someone help me
I am new to the web design world
I have a template that has css files in a seperate folder
Do I need to add those files?
could someone tell me why my editor coffee cup or html editor shows a different web page than when I upload to my domain???



I just have text and links when I upload..

Yes you do need to upload the .css files to your web hosting account.

Yes you should upload everything, all image files and css.
